Return & Refund Policy

At Beach Bum Bags, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. The items must be unopened and in their original condition for the return to be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be free from damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
  • Personalized or custom-made products (if offered)
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • A brief description of the reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)

We'll provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Beach Bum Bags cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still request a return after delivery if your order qualifies under this policy.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different color or product, we recommend returning the eligible item (if it qualifies) and placing a new order.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package has been lost in transit, please contact us.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help determine the best resolution.
